Recommedn that a Brigade Major may be permanentlly sanctioned for rawal Pindee and that captain garden 40th N I lately acting in that capacity may be appoinbted as Major of brigade on the being posted to rawal Pindee when the services on which he is at Present employe shall have terminated .
