Transmits copy Despatch from this Dept.. to Superintendent of Marine, relative to taking precaution fof the due protection from teh weather of all packages of Mily. stores for H.M. Regiment in the upper Provinces, and requests the issue of enstructions to Commanding officers for the payment of any extra expense incurred by the Govt. Steam Agent at Allahabad for the purpose states.
