Representing that in consequence of the peculiar lordship to which he was subject as regards, Pension he was compbell, to apply for and obtain a Blank discharge to allow of his bringing his peculiar case to the notice of the court of Directors vide Copy memorial which was transmitted in october last, there the madras Govt. to which no reply ahs as yet been recived and praying for an appointments, wherely he may be enable to earn a level hoad, for the maintence of himself and family who at present have no means of support, no any , to which they can have access feslemoneals and accompany.
