With reference to a letter of the 24th December last relative to carrying out the views of the Governor General for entroducing Biscuet as the Authorized substitute for Bread instead of Received on occasion of the ordinary Rations being contemned Officer suggestions & submit the draft of a G.O. on the subject for publication to the Army it approved.
