In reply to no 381 dated 27th April relative to the enlistment of a solcier who took his discharge from H Ms. 10th foot with a views to enter the 1st European Bengal Fusiliers conveys the G Gs decision on the General question whether eligible new offering themselves on the spot are to be enlisted or not.
