Submits, for orders, a Bill amounting to Rupees 501.1 drawn by the Collector of Agra , for compensation to certain Bearers and their sirdars, broughts to that station from cawnpore, for public purposes, but who had not been employed , together with Copy Correspondence directing payment of the Compensation as a Public charge tacked to the Bill.
