Date 3th June las,t ruling that the saugeon force is to be consideratin as beyond the frontier of the madras presidey. state that the govr. genl. cannto authroize a rule by which any poritn of the E.i. Co's terroties, in whihc the tro of any one presy. are employed shall be deemd beyong the fornier of such presy.
