In reply to lr. of the 4th June last, states that the whole of the Young Officers of the 2nd & 16th Grandiers, who were allowed to receive charge of Coy. in Consiquence of having commanded them with great Credit in the actions on the Sutledge have since passed the prescribed colloquial examination in the Hindoostan.
