Decision that the rates of travelling allowance admissible to officers of the Income tax Department in the Central Provinces are not affected by the rates fixed by the Local Govt. for the Commissioner of Income tax and Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax in pursuance of the recommendations made by the Central Provinces Travelling Allowance Committee.
