Burma High Court ruling on a reference made on the application of Mr. D.L.Chalmers, I.C.S., that deduction of income tax on salaries paid in a year canm under sec.18 of the income tax act, 1922, be made at the rate applicable to hte estimated income of hte officer for that year instead of that for the previous year.
