Decision that Secretary of State`s officers released from service who are entitled sto more pension under the ordinary rules than that under the premature retirement rules may be allowed at their option to have their pension calculated under the ordinary rules, but in that case they should lose compensation or resettlement grant and other benefits junder the Premature Retirement Rules.
