Forwards an application from Captain Burlton Commandant 2nd Cavey Sc. requesting that the remaining portion of his leave from 14th July 1854 to 31st March 1855 be cancelled and that he be allowed in Extension from 10th July to 3rd Dec.1854 to enable him to rejoin his regiment trusts to the lane may be granted.
