Brings to notice that 120 carts were hired at Mhow on account of a wing of H.M.`s 92nd Highlander 17 of the Carts overseer deserted & that by orders of the acting Capt. Company General at Mhow these carts & Bullocks were sold by Public auction at Goonah.
