States that copies of Major Macphersan`s report dt. 1st & 16th July have already be submitted with his letter no. 56 of 1st Sept. The reports having only reached the Agent or 27th August, a copy of the above letters and send reports are again forwarded in case the original letters & encls. have not reached.
