In reply to no.88 dt.26th Feby. states that the G.G. in Council authorized the investment of Bhyoo Singh with full powers as Rajahs of Rutlam and the conveyance of his approbation to the Ranee and the other of the able manner in which they have conducted the administration during the last two years.
