Appointment of Mr. H. L. Kemball, Assistant to the Agent to the Governor-General, Rajputana, to officiate as a Political Assistant of the 2nd class and Magistrate of Abu in addition to his own duties, and the grant to him of an acting allowance of Rs 300 a month.
