The Post Master General having at the instigation of the Civil Auditor refused to present to the Post Office all Gazettes and other Works published by authority of the Government lately and directed to submit the grounds for the consideration and sanction of the Governor General in Council if need be that the Civil Auditor may be enabled to pass the Post Office attached reference to the address of the Government.
