Form of a letter proposed to be sent by the Marine Attendant to the captain of a Company's ship arriving in Bengal, directing him to transmit, immediately after a pilot takes charge of his vessel, a list of all the Europeans on board his ship and to form such list which is required at the Marine Attendant's office, no part of the ship's cargo or any baggage will be allowed to be landed.
