From - In reply to orders of the 16th August last with para of a letter from the Court of Directors state that no Salt Provisions will be required from Europe for the Marine Department. The other ordres will be duly attended to a submit copy of a letter from the Deputy Master Attendant on the subject of His Majesty Naval Officers diverting the Pilot Schooner from their destinations to prevent which in future suggest the propriety of a letter being addressed to the Commander of His Majesty Ships on their arrival signifying that the Pilots are restricted from obeying any orders except from the Master Attendant.
