Letter from Mr. N. B. Edmonstone, Persian Translator, to Mr. G. H. Barlow, Secretary, intimating that the Christian slaves while passing through the streets were taken away from their conductors by a body of Armenians, and that the latter have requested that Government should not allow the slaves to fall again into the hands of their masters.
