Decision tha the Prohibition against the importation of cocaine into India is applicable to rubes of cocaine fitted into hypodermic cases imported by Post and rejection of a proposal made by Messrs Frank Bliss & Co. that the Customs authorities may be instructed to pass such importations without question.
