Proposed withdrawal of British military garrison maintained at Bhuj; and acceptance of the offer made by His Highness the Rao of Cutch to raise a body of Imperial Service Troops. Decision that no reduction of subsidy is required on account of the temporary reduction of the force maintained at Bhuj; and that no reduction should be made in the subsidy payable by the Cutch Darbar pending the entire withdrawal of regular troops and their replacement by Imperial Service Troops and Native State Police.
