Rejection of a memorial from Musammat Sati Mali, widow of Shanker Joo Dar, who was in enjoyment of an allowance from the Kashmir durbar praying that the Govt. of India will compel H.H. the Maharaja to allow her as a widow to adopt (considered necessary) her sister's son, heir to half of the hereditary allowances which has hitherbelonged to her late husband's family.
