Amendment of the regulations made by the Governor General in Council for recruitment for the superior services in India by substituting in the case of recommendations for appointment by nominations the requirements that a candidate must be in all respects suitable for employment in the public service for the existing requirements that a candidates character mast be such as to quality him for such employment.
