Intimation from the Legislative Deptt. that on the termination of a session all pending notices lapse and that fresh notices must be given for the next session, but Bills which have been introduced are carried over to the pending list of business of the next session and that a resolution which has been admitted but not discussed during the session is deemed to have been withdrawan.
