Case of Ram Singh Datta who travelled to Russia etc. on a Red Pass issued by the N.W.F.P. Govt.Passport Control Office requested to issue a warning to all consular and Passport Offices that the Red Passess issued by the N.W.F.P. Govt. and Baluchistan Administration; and Green Passes by the Minister; Kabul are documents issued to Indians to enable them to cross the Indo-Afghan Frontier only and if presented to H.M's Consular Officers outside Afghanistan they should be impounded and telegraphic enquiries made from the Govt. of India.
