Question of revising building grant deeds so as to allow for depreciation in the value of buildings and for a clearance of all liability within a fixed period of years. Method of calculating the depreciation in value of educational buildings when such buildings cease to be used for educational purposes and the grants made by Government towards them have to be refunded. Concurrence of the Government of India in the general attitude adopted by the Government of Bombay on the questions of appreciation and depreciation of building and site values.
