Proposed addition of three Indian Educational Service and two Provincial Educational Service posts to the Inspectorate in the Punjab and to appoint to the former Mr. G. A. Wathen of the Government College, Lahore, Mr. J. R. Cornah of the Aitchison College, Lahore, and Mr. R. Sanderson of the training class at Sanawar, officers being recruited from England to fill their places. Proposed creation of an Indian Educational Service post of Assistant Director of Public Instruction for the Punjab, the post of Registrar of the Director of Public Instruction's office being abolished and the original appointment of office superintendent being revived on the retirement of the present incumbent.
