Question by Dr. H.M. Dass regarding: (a) Will the P.M. be pleased to state whether India has got a well defined boundary with Tibet; (b) Has the Govt. of India recognised the suzerainty of China over Tibet; (c) If so, how was it possible for India to enter into a trade alliance with Tibet after recognising the suzerainty of China over Tibet? (d) Are Government aware that a large number of wealthy Tibetans have begun coming into India for permanently settling here?
