EWBANK TO THEIR RESPECTIVE PROVINCES. GRANT OF AUTHORITY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA TO CORRESPOND DIRECT WITH THE COLONIAL GOVERNMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATTERS RELATING TO THE DEPUTATION.
