Decision that the sanction conveyed in the Foreign Department Letter No. 2366 Est.-A., dated the 23rd July 1910, exempting the Political Officer, Sikkim and his establishment from the operation of Art. 1056, C.S.R., in respect of their halts at Darjeeling, should be applicable to the halts made by them at that place for the periods from 4th April to 7th May 1911 and from 25th July to 9th August 1911
