the decision that the exclusion of the Political Officer, Sikkim, and his establishment from the application of Article 1056, C.S.R., in respect of their halts at Darjeeling, conveyed in the Foreign Department letter No. 2366 Establishment A., dated the 23rd July 1910, should be applicable to the halts made by them there for the periods from 4th April to 7th May 1911 and from 25th July to 9th August 1911.
