Issue of informal instructions to the arms dealers of Calcutta, Bombay, and Simla warning them that the Amir's Envoy is not an exempted person under the Arms Act, and that no arms may be sold to him without a special permit from the Foreign Office. (d). List showing the permits granted for purchase of arms etc., at Bombay to officials of the Amir, by the Chief Officer on Special duty with His Majesty
