With reference to his letter dated 29th October, solicting a reconsideration of his claim against the Nawab Nazim of Moorshedabad, referes him to this office No. 455, dated 9th July 1863, containing the orders of Government on his case, and states that the Governor General in Council will not interfere with the decision of his predecessor
