With reference to No. 695, dated 18th March, sanctioning the promotion of certain officers in the settlement Department of the Central Provinces, recommends that the salaries of Messrs. Ramsay and Ross be raised from Rupees 950 to Rupees 1000 per mensem with effect from 1st May 1864
