Office order regarding the discontinuance of the practice or giving copies of remarks recorded by officers in the Character Rolls of the members of the F. and P. Department establishment, and decision that (1) Character Rolls should put up to officers in July every year and also at the time when an officer vacates his appointment and (2) in cases where men were on deputation outside the Department and remarks given by their officers were of the nature of a letter of appreciation copies of such remarks be given to the men concerned
