Payment of Wages Act, 1936-Proposal to permit deductions from the ages of the workers for recovery of dues in their capacity as sureties.The Labour Ministry stated that the above proposal of the Railway Ministry would be considered for inclusion in the next batch of Amendments. Till the amendment was made in the Act, only an employee not governed by the payment of Wages Act should be accepted as sursty. Action was being pursued on file E(NG)64AG1/2
