Ministry of Labour and Employment: Proposals for amendment of the Factories Act Amendment to Sections 111(2), 6(1)(dd), 102(2A) and 65(2)-Regarding amendment of sections 6(1)(dd) and 102(2A) relating to payment of arrears of fees and penalities in respect of old establishment to be declared as factories in future, the objection to the proposal was communicated to the Labour Ministry requesting them to drop the proposed amendments. No Objection was however raised in respect of other amendments
