Decision that:- i) Formal sanction of the competent authority is required to be issued in each case of payment of pension by Audit Officer under Rule 2814-(1) (C.S.R.918 (1)-R II. ii) Govt. dues outstanding against an employee should be brought to his notice and he asked to pay up the same before pension of formally sanctioned
