Decision that: i) Under Rule 2814-(1) (C.S.R.918 (1)-R II), the Audit Officer must obtain formal approval from the relevant authority before paying a pension in any instance. ii) Any unpaid government obligations owed by an employee should be brought to their attention and they should be urged to settle them before their pension is fully approved
