Northern Railway-Question whether scholarships for technical education may be continued during suspension of the employee concerned decision that when the Railway employee is suspended technical scholarship granted to his child/ward shall continue to be payable subject to other conditions being fulfilled, until the child completes the course of study for which the scholarship is granted, but the same will be discontinued when the Railway employee is removed or discharged from service
