Northern Railway-Question whether technical education scholarships may be continued while the employee is suspended decision that when the Railway employee is suspended technical scholarship granted to his child/ward shall continue to be payable subject to other conditions being met, until the child completes the course of study for which the scholarship is granted, but the same will be discontinued when the Railway employee is removed or discharged
