The Following subjects discussed in the Annual Meeting of the Railway Sports Control Boards held on 24-7-1963. 1) In cases where Railwaymen are required to participate in International events and have to take part in trails and coaching camps connected with such assignments and special casual leave over and above 60 days may be sanctioned by the General Manager concerned so that employee could be paid their dues in time and that such cases should be reported to the Railway Board for approval
