Instructions issued to the Railway Administrations that the committee contemplated in Board's letter No.E(L)57LR1-8 dated 10.9.59 the subject for discussion could specifically include passenger amenities and customer service; there should be monthly meetings where the previous months' position should be reviewed so that the reasons for persisting deficiencies and short-conmings come to line and the Board advised of the results. Also clarify to S.E. Railway that the Board have no objection to the periodicity of meetings being held once in three months
