The following topics were covered at the Railway Sports Control Boards' annual meeting on July 24, 1963. 1) The General Manager in question may approve special casual leave exceeding 60 days for Railwaymen who are required to participate in international events, trail and coaching camps related to such assignments, and other requirements in order to ensure that the employees receive their compensation on time. Such cases should be reported to the Railway Board for approval
