Certain clarifications regarding passes to be issued to Union officials and also the meetings to be held under the Negotiating Machinery at Divisional level.Order issued to the G.M.'s Eastern and North Eastern Railway that the practice of granting special casual leave in connection with meeting of branches of recognised unions war irregular and that the practice should be discontinue. The G.M's NE Af also informed that the practice of giving grasses to the union officials or Branch meetings was not covered by the Board's extent orders
