Request by the G.M., Eastern Railway for Board's approval to the grant of special passes to approximately 600 delegates to enable them to attend the meeting to be held at Waltair on 14/15-3-53 in connection with the amalgamation of the E.I. Railway Employees Union, B.N. Railway Indian Labour Union and the B.N. Railway Employees Union. The G.M. Eastern Railway informed that the Board had no objection to the grant of 160 passes to the delegates but not 600 passes as asked for by the E.I.R. Rly. Employees Union
