NFIR Memorandum for the PNM meeting - Transfer of Trade Union Officials. Instructions issued on (1) 'Union Officials' will connote only office bearers of Unions and their Branches, (2) In case of a grievance by the Union against transfers, the transfer may be allowed to pend till the next election of the Union Office - Bearers, subject to maximum of one year. Cases have been brought to our notice by NFIR where the above ones were not observed
