Clarification in regard to question whether it is necessary to follow usual procedure to give notice to the Unions in regard to transfer of Trade Union officials in the following types of transfer: i. Transfer on request ii. Transfer to comply with the statutory obligation under H.E.R. iii. Transfer on promotion. iv. Transfer as result of surrender of a post. v. Transfer on the recommendation of S.P.E. vi. Transfer on the recommendation of Vigilance Orgn. vii. Transfer from one area to another within same Administrative zone. Matter also discussed at the P.N.M. Meeting with N.F.I.R. on 6.5.65
