South Central Railway: Grant of leave to Md. Abdul Raqueeb, Clerk, Security Department, Sanctioned. In super session of the instructions contained in Bd's letter No. E(G)64LE2/33 dt. 14.1.65 it is pointed out that the intention of Sub-Rule 1(b) of Rule 2237 (SR.233(1)-R.II is that in cases where a Railway servant is declared by the medical authority's report, if such leave is due. If a Railway servant is on leave on the date of the medical authority's report, the period of six months should included the portion of the leave granted to him running from the date of medical authority's report, and not the leave availed of by him before the date of medical authority's report This period of six months will also include any period of duty after the date of the medical report
